Our butler Ramson was very attentive and thoughtful. He really went the extra mile staying up and helping us with our cases at 12.30am and helping with our taxi. "I felt very welcomed when I first arrived at Le Mersenne Autograph Hotel. All of the staff are very nice and welcoming. Also the general manager Michael walks around and introduces himself to all the guess. I only have two little complaints about the room. The sliding door screen was off track and had a hole in the screen and the drapes were dirty at the bottom. But besides that my stay there was very nice. "

"This is a beautiful hotel expect the roads. The staff were incredibly nice and friendly and the food was good. Breakfast left something to be desire but overall was a great stay. We enjoyed it and had fun. It is also close to the beach which was a plus."
